For your peace of mind we are fully insured as any professional company would be, so you can relax to know that if we damage your premise our insurance will cover this damage (subject to our terms and conditions.)
For the items we move/handle we provide limited liability cover as standard, covering each item up to £40 this is already included in our quotation where you are moving within the UK.
We also offer an insurance policy which is a dedicated insurance policy for Removals and Storage to cover you against most risks whilst moving and or storing your effects. This insurance covers you up to the total value you declare but not exceeding £50 000 unless a higher amount has been agreed.
The insurance is offered as an option giving you the choice to include or not and the summary of the insurance policy is provided with our quotation for your perusal.
We also offer Marine Insurance for those customers moving overseas, this is a bespoke insurance specifically for the shipment of furniture and personal effects. It allows you the freedom to detail the items you wish to insurance and for what value. Again the details and summary of this policy will be provided with your overseas quotation.
